For European Community : 1 current IRC or 1 USD
Outside European Community : 1 current IRC or 2 USD (sorry, 1 USD does not cover postage)

Any request without SAE and sufficient postage will be answered via bureau.
Donations are welcome, but not mandatory.
You may wish to group several callsigns together. I have no problem with that, as long as enough postage is included.
