QSL information : via REF bureau or direct, and LoTW

QSL is not a merchandise for sale, but the final courtesy of a QSO...

You have several choices in order to receive your QSL card(s).                                                                                                        I do confirm every single QSO I make, normally via the bureau.                                                                                                    Please send me yours preferably via the bureau (but you may QSL direct if you wish) and if you can, through LoTW.                                 I upload my log at the end of every month.

sample imageIt is a disgrace sometimes to see how people fill in their cards with QSO information all over...                                   When handwriting QSOs, please write in only 1 QSO per QSO block. Do not try to put multiple QSOs in 1 QSO bloc. They are often difficult or impossible to read. If you have to use more than one QSL card to list all your QSOs, then do it. This obviously only applies to hand-written confirmations. If you have to use several labels, please stick them properly.

DIRECT

Please read instructions on the right of this page. They are actually quite classic, but sometimes need to be reminded...

BUREAU

If you send a card for one of my operations outside my home call, please clearly mark "VIA F6EXV" so that people at your bureau can see it clearly ; remember there are human beings working at your national society bureau, and they are not necessarily hams.

LoTW

The log is usually uploaded to LoTW at the end of every month.

Direct request instructions

1. All direct requests must contain a self addressed envelope (SAE or SASE) and sufficient return postage (in the form of IRCs or else). If you want to use stamps, it is French stamps only, and check the postal rates.

2. QSL requests that are received without an SAE AND return postage will be answered via the bureau. There shall be no exception.

3. Please send all your cards in the same envelope. Sending them separately is more expensive, and gives me extra unnecessary workload.

4. EU : 1 IRC or 1 USD                          Rest of the world : 1 IRC or 2 USD              I am sorry that I am not the person who makes up the postal rates... nor the exchange rates...

5. Please make your QSO entries large, clear and readable.

6. If you send IRC, only use the current one please. If you send cash, do not use other currencies than US$ or Euros. No other notes please.
